Contract to Hire Services
If you are not sure if you need to hire a full time Technical resource, let Link IT Staffing Solutions offer a Contract to hire situation. You get to try the person for a set period of time and when ready, make an offer to the consultant to join your staff. This period can be 3 months, 6 months or more dependant on the business need and comfort level. The same process will be used as for Contract Services, with the only difference being that we will only provide you with candidates that may have the desire to become a full time employee of your organization.

Direct Hire Services
