Link Raises Money For Multiple Local Charities
“Dress Down Days”, 50/50 drawings, prize raffles, and company lunches, Link employees have raised thousands to aid a number of worthy causes. This year monies were raised for Blair County Strikes Back Against Autism, MS 150 race, and the St. Vincent DePaul Soup Kitchen. A donation was also given to the Global Grant Water Project, through a partnership with the Rotary Club of Johnstown, that will aid the Nkeng Community in helping them access clean drinking water. A $500 donation was also given to Ambucs of Altoona, this year’s LinkUp Conference Charity.
Link is currently raising money to help the Blue Angels organization. Blue Angels collects and distributes Christmas gifts to local foster children. Blue Angels is one of Link’s favorite charity opportunities throughout year. Blue Angels offers a more personal opportunity to help, as employees choose gift tags and buy gifts for the children.
